Aside from the day-to-day running of the company, she has assisted with research and translation for TNS\\u2019 productions, including \\u003Cem\\u003EManifesto\\u003C\\\/em\\u003E (2016) and \\u003Cem\\u003EUnderclass\\u003C\\\/em\\u003E (2018), and has served as a dramaturg for TNS productions, including\\u003Cem\\u003E\\u300a\\u6f14\\u5458\\u56db\\u5341\\u300b\\u003C\\\/em\\u003E(Actor, Forty, commissioned for Esplanade\\u2019s Huayi \\u2013 Chinese Festival of Arts 2017), \\u003Cem\\u003ECivilised\\u003C\\\/em\\u003E (2019), and \\u003Cem\\u003EThe Year of No Return\\u003C\\\/em\\u003E (commissioned for the Singapore International Festival of Arts 2020\\\/2021).\\u003C\\\/p\\u003E\\r\\n\\r\\n\\u003Cp\\u003EAs Executive Producer of the Fringe, she works closely with her team on overall curating of and organisation for the 12-day annual event.
