Whispers (2009)

One lives out of her tattered suitcase, drifting from place to place. Another, a wife and mother devoted to her family, is torn by an unquenchable desire to be free. A third, haunted by requited love, yearns to embark on a new life. All three are runaways, but are they truly free?

Whispers recreates the emotional journeys of three women who have run away only to rediscover the long-suppressed whispers of the heart.

Whispers is an unconventional, non-linear play, featuring monologues with traditional and contemporary puppetry, light and sound.
