Ahmad is a grave digger who recently has an added undertaking. He now not only buries the dead, but digs their remains up after a certain period of time. New superstitions are uncovered, as new laws overrule the dead. He often contemplates their fates, trying to imagine the life they had lived, the sorrows they held, only certain of the names they bore. Names planted like crops, waiting to be harvested. Ahmad is the story teller who digs up the stories across time, before burying them again.
