Four women cross the narrow bridge that leads to Heaven. A slip of the foot would lead to a descent into Hellfire. While negotiating that bridge, they discover that they are all from the same land, though they each call it a different name. 

Heart(h) explores the idea of the motherland and its relationship to life and death, good and bad.
