Hug The Tree is a story based on the green movement which started in India. This non violent protest where villagers hug the trees to save them from being felled has compelled the authorities to amend the policy against felling of forests in eco-sensitive regions. Not only is the importance of environmental friendliness being conveyed in this story, it also imparts the concept of cohesiveness and the importance of building strong bonds to work and solve problems.
Audience can expect a theatrical treat as this performance will showcase custom made puppets, colourful and eye catching props and sets. It is riddled with catchy and infectious songs that will guarantee to enthral audience.
