Tapak 7 is an exploration into 'found' texts, especially Islamic literature that pertains to death; its rites, rituals, spiritual significance, and what has been promised in the afterlife. Using only the actor's body and simple props, it is a meditation on the psychology of an individual who is deeply attached to not only her mother, but also to her mother's grave. A study on loss and healing, it is the story about one person who tries to make meaning out of death, even when she has been brought up to believe all meanings end in death.
