Elnie S Mashari is an accomplished theatre practitioner with almost 30 years of experience in performance, production/stage management, direction, and drama training. She has managed shows at major arts festivals and toured productions across different countries, including a decade as the lead stage manager for the Marina Bay Singapore Countdown. Currently, Elnie is the Section Head of ITE HNITEC in Performance Production, providing practical, hands-on learning experiences for students through industry projects and events. She believes that education is crucial to developing both the performance and technical aspects of theatre, encouraging students to collaborate, innovate, and explore new forms of theatre. Elnie aims to impart her vast knowledge and experience to the next generation of theatre practitioners, contributing to a more dynamic and vibrant arts community in Singapore.
