This play belongs to you as much as it does to the folks on stage. You will help them make it all come alive. You will help the elves, the shoemaker and everyone else have a merry time.

BOOT is an excellent shoemaker. People say: "BOOT makes shoes that'll outlive your grandmother!" At first it made him proud to hear those words. But years have passed and people are still wearing the shoes they have been wearing for the past ten years. That is bad for business, you see. Nobody needs new shoes. If BOOT the shoemaker is unable to sell his shoes, how is he going to make a living?

BOOT has a kind heart. One day, he makes these small sized shoes that would only fit an elf. And... an elf does show up at the store... in fact, two. SPARKIE and SMUDGE, who are 2,150 years old, are always game for a bit of fun and excitement.

And... you wouldn't want to know the whole story now, would you? Just to tell you a bit more. BOOT has a rival shoemaker named HIDE. And HIDE is always trying to get the better of BOOT. Will the elves' magic help BOOT or HIDE? What do you think?
