Legend has it that The Blue Bird brings health and happiness to people. Having received a request from a fairy to help a sickly girl next door, Tyltyl and Mytyl, accompanied by a Dog, a Cat and several other entities, set off in search of The Blue Bird. Confronted with trials and tribulations on their journey, will they eventually find what they are looking for?
《青鸟》是根据比利时戏剧家莫里斯·梅特林克剧作而改编的音乐形体戏剧。
此剧描写了樵夫的孩子蒂蒂尔和米蒂尔在圣诞节前夜受仙女之托为邻家生病的女孩寻找青鸟的经历。传说青鸟可以给人们带来健康幸福和快乐，为了帮助邻居家的女孩解除病痛得到幸福，他们在几个小伙伴面包、糖果、光、水、火还有猫和狗的陪同下，踏上了寻找青鸟之路。他们先后到了思念之国、夜之宫、森林之夜，恐怖、疾病，哄骗和威胁都没能使他们退缩，他们一次次受挫，又一次次前行，小女孩的病痊愈了，兄妹俩也在这一次历险中领悟到了幸福的真谛，那么青鸟最终有没有找到呢？
