Lanterns Never Go Out (2012)

Lanterns Never Go Out, written by Haresh Sharma is a story of discovering new roles and expectation. When Kah Wei, a 15-year-old girl, finds that her dreams and reality collide head-on, she desires to return to her childhood filled with goldfish, lanterns and comics. As the story unfolds, it takes us on a journey questioning the norms of society. Through the eyes of Kah Wei we discover that our own lanterns never go out.
