It not only offers a contemporary spin to the classic, but an engaging energetic performance that will inspire students to be interested in classical works of literature. Utilising rap as a powerful storytelling medium, this adaptation places Macbeth in a contemporary setting that is relatable and accessible.
There will also be interactive elements so that students can explore plot, characters and key literary devices together with the facilitators. These activities will give students a chance to interact with the creators and learn more about the inspiration behind adapting Shakespeare.
