In his desperation to save his dying daughter, Abhijeet is lured to the magical kingdom of Singaland! But magical places being what they are, it's not long before our devoted father finds himself falling through the cracks of Singaland's many crusty nooks, trapped beneath the weight of the quirky and imposing kingdom.

Thankfully, he is not alone, and finds comfort in the company of fellow Flower People: Gloria (a courageous young lady with a #woke attitude) and Ling Ling (a loud-mouthed damsel escorted by the loyal 凉凉 (liang liang)). With a dying daughter and no more time to waste, our heroes take matters into their own hands, embarking on a grand adventure across Singaland!

Will our heroes suceed at taming the wild and rambunctious Singaland? Or will her capricious nature and unrelenting might bring them to their knees?

Find out, in The Adventures of Abhijeet!

The Adventures of Abhijeet is Patch and Punnet’s take on the topic of migrant workers and the foreign-local divide. It's a story where migrant workers are the heroes, and not the victims. The show first premiered at the M1 Fringe Festival 2019, as a preview to the public for the Fresh Fringe line up. Having taken the time to ponder and reflect on the wealth of feedback from critiques, audiences, friends and family, and working collaboratively with an expanded cast, Patch and Punnet is proud to present to you the new and improved version of The Adventures of Abhijeet!
