Why is Singapore known as the “Lion City”? Was Raffles the first to discover Singapore? Just what hilarity and intrigue lie in these unsolved cases of the Lion City? This first original Singapore crosstalk production incorporates dramatic elements to present an alternative interpretation of the history of our sunny island, voicing anew the good and the not-so-good times. Written by Cultural Medallion recipient Han Lao Da, who also co-directs with Young Artist Award winner Kok Heng Leun, this presentation features several popular Singapore crosstalk artists.
