Neo Swee Lin is an accomplished actor of the stage, television & film. She has a diploma in acting from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama in Glasgow, where she graduated in 1993 with many prizes including one for style in acting & a commendation in Scots verse. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from NUS. 

After graduating from drama school, she worked in London for a few years before returning in 1996 to play Mrs Yang in The Yang Family for TheatreWorks. Her theatre credits here include Nadirah, GRC, Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet, The Glass Menagerie, Half Lives, M. Butterfly, The Coffin is too Big for the Hole and No Parking on Odd Days, Emily of Emerald Hill, My Mother’s Chest, Medea, Mama Looking for her Cat, The House of Bernada Alba, Cogito, Love Letters, Beauty World, Circle Mirror Transformation, Falling, Dark Room, Hotel, The Truth, Missing & most recently Devil’s Cherry at SIFA 2022.

She is married to Lim Kay Siu & their new found love of the ukulele has found them streaming regularly online as The NeoKELELims, spreading love & happiness, standing up for social justices with song and laughter. Together they believe that change will happen in their lifetimes.
