Artists, past and present theatre reviewers and different personalities from the arts scene “convene” in discussions that retrace the seminal events in Singapore theatre history. Rant and Rave dramatises some of the most memorable debates pertaining to the development of Singapore theatre from as far back as the 80s, re-enacting some of the most fiery dialogues about the arts in the last 30 years. Archival materials culled from various newspaper publications are used to create these discussions on art and society.
