“Hello, my personas. How have you been, best friends and worst foes from the past? Oh fabulous. You all have been lurking deep inside. Put on your make-up, dress up your ties. Lights up! There’s an audience watching, so let’s bring them along for a ride. Grab hold, my song and dance. Think twice, my words and actions. Watch out, my facades and emotions. Be careful, my truth and lies. But hang on, who is the thespian in real life? I take my bow now. Just tell me when to laugh and when to cry.”

In a live stage performance, the actors and the audience breathe the same air within the same space all at once. What fuels an actor’s imagination as he performs in front of you? Does art imitate life or is it the other way around?

Young Artist Award 2011 recipient Peter Sau collaborates with a dream team of theatre makers to revisit and recreate five larger-than-life personas he has performed in the past, spinning tales of loneliness, fear, greed, pragmatism, nostalgia and hope.

Join him in an intimate journey of make-belief and retrospection where he confronts himself with fame, money, mosquitoes, dildos, graves and pills. Come into this space called theatre. Witness the artist celebrating the laughter and tears of ordinary people. Let Peter Sau live your life moments for you.

Performed in English & Mandarin with English surtitles. Contains mature content. Recommended for patrons aged 16 years and above.

1hr 45mins, with no intermission.
