Imagine two boys stuck together all their lives... Joined at the chest by a mysterious cord of flesh since birth, the world-famous Siamese Twins Chang and Eng were destined to spend every moment of their lives together. Condemned by their neighbours as a bad omen during their childhood, they were saved by the love of their mother and later invited to appear before the King of Siam. Subsequently brought to America and exhibited as special attractions, they fell in love, married two American sisters and went on to father 21 children. Based upon the true and fascinating life story of the original Siamese Twins, Chang & Eng - The Musical traces the twins' childhood, marriage and their dreams of living separately - a heart-warming and inspiring tale spanning over six decades in the early 19th century.

Premiered in Singapore to critical acclaim at the 1997 Festival of Asian Performing Arts, Chang & Eng is now the nation's longest-running homegrown musical. It also became the first English-language musical to be staged in China where it played to full houses and standing ovations in December 1997. The new production of Chang & Eng opened in Singapore in January 2001 and attracted even greater acclaim. It went on to capture the hearts of audiences and critics in Bangkok two months later.

Conceptualised, produced and directed by Ekachai Uekrongtham with music and lyrics by Malaysian composer Ken Low and book by Ming Wong, this Broadway-style musical is finally going to KL. Book early to secure the
best seats!
