Jin Ming has a keen interest in studying, watching, and promoting Asian performances. It is this interest that strengthens his resolve to pursue his childhood dream of taking Cantonese Opera lessons outside of school. In life, he is always seeking new challenges, and that’s why he chose Theatre and Performance Studies as his major because performing, playwriting, devising a performance from scratch are things that he would never imagine he could do as an introvert himself. Moreover, it is also through the major that he discovered philosophies from acting theorists that will stay with him throughout his life.
