A school by any other name would be the same. Where do you go to learn when people push you too hard? Are black boards and white walls any different? Not for Hadi, Linda and Raj, who have been brought together from one over-demanding classroom to another, from school as we know it, to a mental institution.

Surrounded by neighbours' gossip and prata dinners, each person in this play has their own dream: Penny lives in hope of finding pride in herself; Jasmine wants to be rich and famous; and Hussein desires to become a celebrity footballer like Fandi Ahmad. In their pursuit of these goals, they realise that there are other aspects of life which are infinitely more important.
